Delivery Information

Which areas are eligible for free delivery?

• Orders over $500+GST within 100km round trip from our Coopers Plains, Biggera Waters, and Tweed Heads stores.

• Most locations within Northlakes, Ipswich, and the Tweed Coast are also eligible for free delivery.

How is the delivery fee calculated?

Delivery fees are based on distance:

• 0-100km round trip: Free

• 100-150km round trip: $100+GST

• 150-200km round trip: $150+GST

• Over 200km: Additional charges apply (negotiable).

Can I get same-day delivery?

If you contact us before 1 PM, same-day delivery may be possible depending on availability.

For guaranteed delivery at your preferred time, we recommend booking 1-2 days in advance.

Are there additional charges for unloading?

Yes, a hand unloading fee may apply if the delivery location does not have:

• A forklift or crane

• At least two people available for unloading

Please notify us in advance if these conditions are not met.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time for My Order?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched
within 24-48 business hours upon confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Delivery times vary by location in Australia:

    1-2 business days from dispatch (Same day delivery is available; please inquire separately.)

How can I place an order?

You can order in two ways:

1. Call or text your nearest store.

2. Email us at info@baytinaplus.com.au.

Is pickup available?

Yes! Pickup is free at all our stores. Please book in advance before coming in.

Can I order products that Baytina Plus does not stock? (Special Order)

Yes! If the product is available from our suppliers, we can arrange an order for you.

Please place your order at least 2-3 days in advance.

Note that minimum order quantities or additional shipping fees may apply, depending on the product.

Is the stock status accurate?

The “In Stock” status may not always be accurate. Please check with each store to confirm availability before purchasing.

What are your trading hours?

Our store hours are:

Coopers Plains & Biggera Waters

• Monday to Friday: 5 AM - 4 PM

• Saturday: 6 AM - 12 PM

Tweed Heads (NSW Time)

• Monday to Friday: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

What does Request a quote button mean?

This feature on the Baytina Plus website is a simple feature which allows you to contact Baytina Plus sales about certain products.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Products?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact Baytina Plus immediately. Ensure you only sign the Pickup/Delivery documents once you've confirmed the order's accuracy and
condition. Refer to the Goods and Deliveries sections of our terms and conditions for further details.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, we accept returns for exchange orders within 7 days of purchase, with some products eligible for return within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all boxes/tiles must be in perfect condition. A restocking fee applies. Please contact the Baytina Plus sales team to discuss your return.
