Delivery Information

Which areas are eligible for free delivery?

Free delivery is available for orders of $600 + GST or more.

• Within 50km of our Coopers Plains, Boondall, Biggera Waters, and Tweed Heads stores.

• Most locations within North Lakes, Ipswich, and the Tweed Coas.

How is the local delivery fee calculated?

Standard Delivery Rates

Orders of $600 + GST or more

• 0-50km : Free
• 50-75km : $100 + GST
• 75-100km : $150 + GST
• 100km+ : Negotiable - Please contact us

Small Order Delivery Surcharge

Orders under $600 + GST

• 0-30km : $20 + GST
• 30-50km : $30 + GST
• 50-100km : $50 + GST
• 100km+ : Negotiable - Please contact us

Please note:

  • Delivery distances are calculated from the nearest Baytina+ store.
  • For orders under $600 + GST, the applicable Small Order Delivery Surcharge will be added to the standard delivery fee.
  • Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, including hand unloading or restricted site access.

Can I get same-day delivery?

If you contact us before 1 PM, same-day delivery may be possible depending on availability.

For guaranteed delivery at your preferred time, we recommend booking 1-2 days in advance.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time for My Order?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours of confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Delivery times from dispatch vary by location:

  • SEQ: 1-2 business days (same-day delivery may be available - please ask us separately)
  • NSW, ACT, SA, NT, WA, TAS & Regional QLD: Please contact us for an estimate

Do you ship outside of Queensland?

Currently, our delivery service is only available locally. For interstate orders, we can ship tools and items under 20kg via courier.

As shipping costs vary by size and weight, quotes are calculated on a case-by-case basis. To get a shipping quote, please contact us with the following:

  • The product(s) you're interested in
  • Your delivery address

We'll get back to you with the best available option.

Ordering & Pickup

How can I place an order?

You can order in two ways:

1. Call or text your nearest store.

2. Email us at info@baytinaplus.com.au.

Is pickup available?

Yes! Pickup is free at all our stores.
We just ask that you book ahead before coming in so we can have your order ready.

Can I order products that Baytina Plus does not stock? (Special Order)

Yes! If the product is available from our suppliers, we're happy to arrange it for you.
A few things to keep in mind:

  • Please order at least 2-3 days in advance
  • minimum order quantities or additional shipping fees may apply depending on the product

Is the stock status accurate?

Our online stock status is a guide only and may not always reflect real-time availability.
We recommend contacting your nearest store to confirm before purchasing.

What are your trading hours?

Our store hours are:

Coopers Plains, Boondall & Biggera Waters
 • Monday to Friday: 5 AM - 4 PM
 • Saturday: 6 AM - 12 PM

Tweed Heads (NSW Time)
 • Monday to Friday: 6 AM - 3 PM
 • Saturday: 6 AM - 12 PM

What does Request a quote button mean?

The Request a Quote button lets you get in touch with our sales team about a specific product. It's a quick way to ask about pricing, availability, or bulk orders.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Products?

Please contact us straight away if there's an issue with your order. Before signing any Pickup/Delivery documents, make sure you've checked that everything is correct and in good condition. For more details, refer to the Goods and Deliveries section in our terms and conditions.

Can I Return My Order?

We accept returns for exchange within 7 days of purchase, and some products are eligible for return within 14 days. Please note:

  • All boxes/tiles must be in perfect condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • A restocking fee applies
  • Special order items are not eligible for exchange or refund
