Sure Seal Ezy-As 1.2.3 Water-Based Sealer - Choose Your Finish

A penetrating water-based sealer that lets you choose your finish by the number of coats. One coat gives a low sheen, two coats a semi-gloss and three coats a full gloss.

It forms a tough, durable finish on porous surfaces and protects against water- and oil-based stains. It won’t peel or flake, it resists abrasion and UV light, and it dries without blooming or pooling. It’s low odour, non-flammable and Australian made.

Ideal for

• Pavers, concrete and brick
• Natural stone such as slate, sandstone and limestone
• Terracotta and terrazzo
• Interior and exterior surfaces, including driveways

How to use

1. Make sure the surface is completely dry, clean and free of stains. On newly laid floors, wait 24–36 hours before sealing.
2. Apply undiluted in light, even coats. Use a brush or lambswool applicator on smooth surfaces, and a brush or roller on rough surfaces.
3. Let each coat dry for 1–2 hours, then add more coats until you reach the sheen you want.
4. Keep the area dry for 24 hours while it cures.

Please note

• Not recommended for horizontal surfaces in wet areas, such as bathroom floors or pool surrounds, as it may become slippery when wet.
• Not suitable for marble, granite, porcelain or other dense surfaces.
• Do not apply to damp surfaces, or when the surface temperature is 8°C or below.
• Always test on a small, hidden area first.
